The first evolution of Mountain Health Associates came in the early 1990's when an office was opened in Marysville and then moved to 367 Del Norte Avenue, Yuba City, California, and staffed by Joanne Berry, FNP. This office, Mountain Family Healthcare Center, specialized in serving the poor and underinsured as well as private pay and insured patients in the Yuba-Sutter area. The next evolution came in the year 2000 when the office was moved to 389 Del Norte Avenue, Yuba City, formally, as Mountain Health Associates. Services were expanded as the number of patients continued to rise. Facilities moved to 118 C St., Marysville, CA 95901 on November 17, 2008. |
